At the same time, EDS has the hands-on expertise to add value and reposition otherwise under-performing assets.

Donald Siegel, Vice President

Donald is a Vice President at EDS Investment Properties, Inc. and is a primary equity investor as well as in-house property manager for office, apartment, retail and mixed-use properties. As an owner of several small businesses, Don brings tight-knit vendor relationships. These relationships allow EDS to achieve substantial discounts to operating expenses, capital improvement projects and asset repositioning for EDS properties.  Don’s forty plus years of business experience are an asset to EDS Investment Properties.

Andrea Longhurst, Operations Manager & Marketing Specialist

As the Operations and Marketing Manager at EDS Investment Properties, Inc. Andrea implements professional and effective systems which allows EDS to increase efficiency as we acquire, sell or refinance investments. Additionally, Andrea ensures that our marketing materials are effective in reaching our target market for each sector.

Miriam Gunter, Leasing Manager & Property Assistant

Miriam is the Leasing Manager and Property Assistant at EDS Investment Properties, Inc. Miriam’s professionalism and tenant-focused management ensure tenant satisfaction. Her hands-on approach is responsible for the above-market occupancy rates and tenant retention.

Dave Marshall, Maintenance Supervisor

Dave is the Maintenance Supervisor for EDS Investment Properties, Inc. His construction background and tireless work ethic provide our tenants with an exceptional building experience. In addition to executing many tenant needs in-house, Dave manages a construction crew that affords EDS a cost advantage when evaluating value-added investments.
